GlobeImmune demands the best from its employees and rewards them accordingly with an extraordinary benefits package.  The following summary outlines the general benefits offered by GlobeImmune.

Eligibility
Regular employees who work 30 hours or more per week, are eligible for all benefits outlined in this summary.  Eligible employees may elect to cover a legal spouse, domestic partner, dependents up to the age 19 and/or an unmarried dependent child through age 25 if a full-time student.  Benefits become effective on the date of hire.

Medical Benefits 
GlobeImmune's medical plan is designed to offer employees enough options to meet their family needs.  Employees may select from either a POS-Open Access plan, which offers both In-Network and Out-of-Network coverage, or an HMO plan.

Dental Benefits 
GlobeImmune's PPO dental plan works to provide coverage for routine check-ups and more serious types of dental work. 

Vision Benefits 
The vision plan provides maintenance vision care as well as coverage for vision accessories, including contacts and glasses and discounts on other procedures.

Disability Benefits 
GlobeImmune understands the financial hardship that can occur as a result of becoming disabled.  Therefore, we have included long-term disability coverage for employees at no cost.

Basic Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance  
Life insurance is an important part of financial planning, especially if dependents are involved.  GlobeImmune provides $50,000 of basic life and AD&D coverage at no cost to the employee.

Optional Life Insurance 
In addition to basic life insurance, employees may also select optional life insurance coverage for themselves, spouse and legal dependents.

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) 
GlobeImmune has established flexible spending accounts that provide a tax-free way to pay for qualifying, non-covered medical and dependent care expenses.

401(K) Plan 
Employees may contribute between 1% and 60% of eligible earnings, up to the IRS allowable maximum amount, beginning immediately upon employment.  In addition, GlobeImmune employees have 25 investment options and may modify their investment contribution and/or elections at any time.

Work/Life Solutions 
GlobeImmune recognizes that employees and their family members may, from time-to-time benefit from some assistance in creating a work/life balance.  For that reason, we also provide the following counseling, referral and resource services:
- Child and elder care resources
- Financial and credit consultation
- Legal consultation
- Medication resources
