Intellectual Property

GlobeImmune owns or licenses over 180 patents and pending patent applications worldwide that cover the breadth of the GlobeImmune research, products and manufacturing processes.  The patents and patent applications provide coverage for GlobeImmune's Tarmogen® platform technology, and for specific Tarmogen products for the treatment or prevention of hepatitis, influenza, fungal infection and cancer, as well as methods for making and using such products.

GlobeImmune has 3 issued U.S. patents and 17 issued foreign patents, as well as several pending US and foreign applications that broadly cover the GlobeImmune’s yeast-based immunotherapy platform, therapeutic uses, and manufacturing methods.

Products

Individual Tarmogen products are covered by a series of disease- and antigen-specific patents and patent applications filed worldwide, including patents and applications for Tarmogen products for chronic hepatitis C virus infection, cancer, influenza and fungal disease.  These patents include 5 issued U.S. patents, 1 issued foreign patent and multiple pending U.S. and foreign applications.
