Ongoing Cancer Trials

GI-4000-02

GI-4000-02 is a Phase 2 double-blind, placebo controlled, multi-center therapeutic trial  of GI-4000, a series of Tarmogens expressing seven different mutations of the Ras oncoprotein.  GI-4000-02 will evaluate the safety and efficacy of the Tarmogen GI-4000 versus placebo in combination with gemcitabine for the treatment of non-metastatic, post-resection pancreas cancer.

GI-4000-02 is currently enrolling patients. 

Ongoing Hepatitis C Trials

GI-5005-02

GI-5005-02 is a randomized, open-label, multicenter, therapeutic trial of GI-5005, in patients with chronic hepatitis C infection.  Subjects will receive either GI-5005 in combination with pegylated interferon plus ribavirin standard of care or Standard of Care alone.

GI-5005-02 is fully enrolled.
